Leafs Nation has a new suit to hate at MLSE

Tom Anselmi has been named president and COO of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment. “It feels terrific. I’m excited about our future,” said Anselmi, who started with the Maple Leafs in 1996.

Tom Anselmi replaces Richard Peddie as president and COO of MLSE. He's been doing the job for the past 8 months on an interim basis which signals same old, same old. He previously controled the popular yet terrible Toronto FC. So we can expect the focus of MLSE to remain the same, make lots of money and don't worry too much about losing.
